بتثبيت «نديم» من سوق تطبيقات زد فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. مقدّم الخدمة: خالد الشمراني.

الخدمة

متجرك يتكلم: العميل يسأل بصوته باللهجة السعودية، والمتجر يرد ويبحث ويفتح المنتج ويضيفه للسلة.

نديم ينفّذ أوامر التصفح والإضافة للسلة فقط؛ إتمام الدفع يتم يدوياً من العميل دائماً.

دقة التعرّف على الصوت تعتمد على متصفح العميل وجودة الميكروفون.

الاشتراك والدفع

الاشتراك والفوترة والتجربة المجانية تُدار بالكامل عبر منصة زد وبحسب الباقة المعروضة في صفحة التطبيق. الإلغاء والاسترداد يخضعان لسياسات زد.

مسؤولية التاجر

أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة أي محتوى أو إعداد يقترحه التطبيق قبل اعتماده، وعن التزام متجرك بالأنظمة السعودية (ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية) وبسياسات زد.

الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض مخالف للأنظمة، أو محاولة تجاوز حدود الباقات أو الوصول لبيانات متاجر أخرى أو تعطيل الخدمة.

إخلاء المسؤولية

نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي» ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لاستمراريتها ودقتها. مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تحتوي أخطاء ولا تُعد استشارة. لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة، وتنحصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية في قيمة ما دفعته خلال آخر 3 أشهر.

الإيقاف

يمكنك إلغاء التثبيت في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف الخدمة عن أي متجر يخالف هذه الشروط.

النظام والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويختص بالنزاعات القضاء السعودي.

Acceptance

By installing Nadeem from the Zid App Market you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Provider: Khaled Alshamrani.

Service

A voice storefront: shoppers speak Saudi Arabic; the store answers, searches, opens products and adds to cart.

Nadeem only performs browsing and add-to-cart actions; checkout is always completed manually by the shopper.

Speech-recognition accuracy depends on the shopper's browser and microphone.

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions, billing and free trials are handled entirely by Zid per the plan shown on the app listing. Cancellation and refunds follow Zid's policies.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing anything the app suggests before approving it, and for your store's compliance with Saudi law (including the E-Commerce Law and PDPL) and Zid's policies.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to bypass plan limits, access other stores' data, or disrupt the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" with reasonable efforts for availability and accuracy. AI output may contain errors and is not professional advice. No liability for indirect damages; total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend stores that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
